By purchasing an e-ticket means you will only receive the shop order confirmation email and nothing else. If you want a paper ticket you can purchase this here.
To redeem you simply need contact us (thecauldron.io/support) citing your shop reference number to let us know when they you like to book.
The value of the ticket is valid on Peak and Off-Peak times - a surcharge will apply for Super Peak times.
